There will be an
Extraordinary General Meeting held on Monday the 5th March at 19:30
in the Club room.
The purpose is to make sure that everyone is aware
of the forthcoming exhibition on the 17th and 18th and that they are
aware of who is responsible for what at the exhibition. Please make
every effort to attend so that this years exhibition at its new
venue runs as smoothly as possible.
This will be your chance to ask any questions you
may have about the exhibition. |
